TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before making a reservation, you are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully, as this is a contractual agreement between haluantrip.com and you. The customer who makes the order accepts these terms on behalf of everyone in the group and is responsible for all payments in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply.

  1. You must first understand everything related to our tour packages such as the type of ship used, the price of the tour package, also what is included in the price of the tour package.
  2. If the ordered ship has problems that can cause the ship to be unable to sail, then we have the right to replace the ship with the same type of ship.
  3. All customers are required to fill in their identity on the Google form which will be used to issue a sailing permit and entry permit to the Komodo National Park.
  4. During the pandemic, all participants must show a certificate of being free from Covid 19 in accordance with the rules that apply in the Komodo National Park.
  5. For the convenience of your trip, we suggest that the customer provide their own travel insurance.

Deposit

  1. Deposit for travel bookings is 50% of the total price.
  2. The remaining payment must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
  3. If you order a travel package less than 30 days before departure, you must pay in full according to the price of the package.

Cancelation Fee

  1. 25% cancellation fee of the total that has been paid if canceled within a period of more than 150 days.
  2. 35% cancellation fee of the total paid if canceled within 120 -149 days before departure.
  3. 50% cancellation fee of the total paid if canceled within 90-119 days before departure.
  4. 65% cancellation fee of the total paid if canceled within 60-89 days before departure.
  5. 80% cancellation fee of the total paid if canceled within 30-59 days before departure.
  6. 100% cancellation fee of the total that has been paid if canceled within 0-29 days before departure.

Delays Or Absences

  1. If the participant arrives late or does not appear on the day of departure for any reason, all costs and travel package schedules are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
  2. If the participant fails to comply with the guide’s instructions to assemble at the meeting point during the trip, the participant will be responsible for any additional costs and damages incurred.
  3. Sailing Tours Komodo is not responsible for the consequences caused by participants if they do not comply with the rules during the trip.

Force Majeure                                   According to the laws and principles adopted in Indonesia, extraordinary events may occur during travel and cannot be predicted, cannot be resisted, cannot be controlled, and cannot cope with unforeseen events and circumstances. Like:

  1. Typhoons, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis, floodss volcanic eruptions, and landslides.
  2. Pandemic.
  3. Abnormal social events, such as wars, armed conflicts, politics and terrorist attacks.

In this case, Sailing Tours Komodo does not advise you to cancel the reservation, but we will suggest postponing the scheduled departure. If you still decide to cancel the order, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

Disclaimer

  1. Haluan trip is not responsible for any loss or damage during the trip (money, telephone, laptop, etc.)
  2. Haluan Trip has the right, in connection with the program, to cancel or change the order of visits without notification depending on the Komodo National Park authorities, weather, or the closure of certain attractions, etc.
